Marty Shoes doesn't believe this is the way a business should operate. We don't backorder anything. We do our best to display the sizes that are available in our huge warehouse. Occasionally in the rare event, due to unexpected high demand, we are out of your size, you will not be charged and you will be notified ASAP

Shipping Policies

You can also use any shipping method you prefer such as Fedex, USPS, etc (this would be at your cost). Paypal purchases can only be returned to the Internet store, our Outlet stores cannot accept them.

Return Policy

Our refund policy is simple. Unworn shoes with the original shoe box can be returned for a full refund up to 30 days from your receipt of the shoes (returns without the original shoe box are subject to a 15% restocking fee).

This was the third time shop with Marty's Shoes and in this time I have ordered two shoes for casual use. I am very happy with quality of shoes and with the price I paid. The delivery was speedy and everything came in when they promised it would. I never had a problem with them and simple positive experience I ever get with them, generally I’m totally satisfied.

It came one day after I ordered them online from Marty’s shoes.com. The Color, style, fitting and quality of shoes are all on top. When I wear them I get compliments all the time. People always ask me from where you got this? And I have no hesitation to say that I have bought them from Marty’s shoes :). I’m extremely happy from this deal. I like to recommend them to others. Please don’t waste your time here and there, just visit and go to Marty’s shoes and get new collection.
